Market Structure (BOS/CHOCH)
The indicator automatically draws structure lines:
🟦 Bullish Structure
Blue lines connecting Higher Highs (HH) and Higher Lows (HL)
BOS (Break of Structure) = price breaks previous high
🟥 Bearish Structure
Red lines connecting Lower Highs (LH) and Lower Lows (LL)
BOS = price breaks previous low
🟪 CHOCH
Purple lines indicate Change of Character (trend reversal)

Order Blocks
Bullish Order Blocks (Green)
- • Appear green on the chart
- • Formed before a strong bullish move
- • Institutions accumulated longs here
- • Price often returns to this zone
- • Look for long entries on retest
Bearish Order Blocks (Red)
- • Appear red on the chart
- • Formed before a strong bearish move
- • Institutions distributed shorts here
- • Price often returns to this zone
- • Look for short entries on retest
Pro Tip
Enable "Show Only Unmitigated" in settings to hide Order Blocks that have already been fully traded through. This keeps your chart clean.
Fair Value Gaps (FVG)
The indicator highlights Fair Value Gaps (imbalances) where price moved too quickly:
📈 Bullish FVG
Formed when a large bullish candle gaps above the previous candle's high and the next candle's low. Green highlighted zone.
📉 Bearish FVG
Formed when a large bearish candle gaps below the previous candle's low and the next candle's high. Red highlighted zone.
🎯 How to Trade FVGs
1. Wait for price to return to the FVG zone
2. Look for 75-90% fill of the gap
3. Watch for reversal confirmation (pin bar, engulfing)
4. Enter in the original direction of the FVG
5. Stop loss beyond the FVG
Liquidity Levels (BSL/SSL)
📈 Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL)
Green dotted lines above current price.
Areas where short sellers have stop losses and breakout traders have buy stops.
📉 Sell-Side Liquidity (SSL)
Red dotted lines below current price.
Areas where long traders have stop losses and breakout traders have sell stops.
🎯 Liquidity Sweep Strategy
1. Identify liquidity levels (dotted lines)
2. Wait for price to "sweep" (wick through) the level
3. Look for reversal at Order Block or FVG
4. Enter opposite direction of the sweep
5. Place stop beyond the swept level

Trading Strategies with LuxAlgo SMC
Strategy 1: Liquidity Sweep + OB/FVG Entry
- Identify liquidity level (dotted line) with indicator
- Wait for price to sweep (wick through) the level
- Look for price to return to an Order Block or FVG
- Enter on reversal confirmation (pin bar, engulfing)
- Place stop beyond the swept level
- Target next liquidity level
Strategy 2: BOS Continuation
- Indicator shows BOS (blue in uptrend, red in downtrend)
- Wait for pullback to an Order Block or FVG
- Enter in direction of the BOS
- Stop loss beyond the entry zone
- Target next structure high/low

- Indicator shows CHOCH (purple line) - potential reversal
- Wait for liquidity sweep of recent high/low
- Look for entry at OB/FVG in new direction
